Our Moments of Reflections

Let's all face the fact... Not everyday is a Happy day... Not every moment with your loved ones are loving & happy...

At the end of the day, its how we deal with the unhappiness, anger or negative feelings of life that matters...

For me, blogging is a channel to express my thoughts & feelings of the day...just like an open diary where all my close friends, family get to read...

TaT feels that blogging improves one's english...and i agree...i usually make an effort to use grammatically right eng coz i dont want to end up like some broken Eng blogs that i have come across (of coz the choice is yours...im not trying to insult anybody's Eng)

If i were to blog all my happy entries and hide my sad ones, probably im not being truthful. There are bound to be the down moments of life...

As u read up to this stage, u must be wondering what has got into me?? Why do i sound so pessimistic today?? Did i have a tift with TaT?

Actually not at all, although he did "bully" me today... :) He purposely want to make me sulk like a kid!! ~so bad~

Im fine!!! Just feel like sharing my thoughts of life... moments of awareness !!

As we move on in life, let's all hope that we take some time from our busy schedule to reflect on the moments of life and change for the better.... Cheers!!

A DaY of Complains

Reading from my title, can u guess who im going to complain abt?

If u know u have been bad and thought that im going to openly talk bad abt u, SAVE IT!!!

As long as u know u done wrong, me being a Smaritan will gladly forgive u!!! ~wahahaha~

The Main characters for today's entry are

1. Western Food store assistant
2. Sales Assistant @ MNG Vivo

Complain 1:

Visited Tiong Bahru Plaza Food Court yesterday for my lunch & ordered a set of Grilled Fish with Coleslaw & Potato Salad as sides... The food was shared between P-egg-y & my Mum...

To our dismay after my Mum tried the FISH & THE COLESLAW, we realised the food was BAD!!! This was futher confirmed by P-egg-y who compared her serving of Grilled Fish... Both ordered at the same time but mine was BAD!!

So we took it back to the store to complain... The kitchen assistant tasted the food too... From her expression, we could tell that she too knew the food was bad, just that she couldnt show it out as there were other customers patronising the store, waiting for their food... (initially they even wanted to argue that the food is supposed to taste slightly sour as they added lemon)

They did an exchange for us and we got a new plate of Fish & Chips instead!!! Though their recovery was not too bad but i dont think i will eat there again!!

Complain 2:

Visited MNG @ Vivocity yesterday and was wondering if i could get anything...(I usually cant get Sales items...)

Had an encounter with this sales assistant who was standing there trying to fold the mess of clothes created by the earlier shoppers...*MNG was having sale and i think having heaps of clothes was normal*

As she was folding, her eyes were actually staring at US..the shoppers who were trying to find the right piece among the mess... She even stopped a Malay couple who was only trying to take a look at the design of the pants... She went straight up to them and ask what size they needed!!!

I was also looking for my size and so she approached me, trying to prevent me from creating more mess (actually my presence wasnt going to make any difference because as i was choosing there, she folded only like 6 pcs out of 100 over pcs and there were other shoppers choosing as well)

She told me she has only "S" left... Sadly i turned and walked away, without realising that my mum was still observing her... True enough, she was mumbling something...

Guess what happened next??? My Mum told her off straight in the face!!

Serve her right!! i didnt try to stop my mum coz i seriously think her attitude sucks!!!

What a day having to face 2 difficult cases...watsmore on a Sun!!

Actually there are many more people i would like to complain (esp abt the Tai-Chi mistress or Tai Tai) but too bad, these people like to read my blog... they simply love my blog (im so lovable... i understand!!!) so I shall not do it here... They shall be recorded in my Little Black Book instead.

*To recap, Little Black Book contains people, actions, etc that I dislike*Disgusting people!!! EEEEeeee....~wahahahaha~

Shopping Spree Sunday

Wow...today is ShoPPing Day...

Actually only intended to bring Mum for Pedicure since she was complaining of backache if she had to do it herself... ~I of coz had mine done too... (so to Lily, sorry that i didnt wait for u this time. Anyway, we intend to switch places after the package is over)

We went to Harbourfront Ctr & Vivocity after our threesome Pedi & my medi.

ReDs @ Harbourfront was heaven!!! Bought a top & a bottom there...

P-egg-y also bought 2 tops there.. This was considered budget shopping coz we actually wanted to buy all that we tried... WE JUST LOOK GOOD IN EVERYTHING... wahahahahahaha.....

Also wanted to buy the Espirit bag that i have been eyeing for a very long time but decided not to spend the $$ first...(save $$ for TaT coz he actually wanted to buy it for me...BUT only for the time being only wo...hehehe)

We did not even dare step in ReDs @ Vivo... im very sure we would grab something if we went in...Chop + Guarantee!!!

So i decided to shop for T-shirts for TaT... He has been wearing the same T-shirt for the past weekends that i see him... and he said to me yesterday :"isnt it a very big hint that i wear the same T-shirt every week?"

Haha..so funny right?

Actually he has t-shirts, just that he is not wearing them... he just loves his Green Levis...

I thought Levis was having 60% sale but i was wrong... No sale for the shirt that i had eyes on... Still i bought it... hehe.. Let's hope he likes it...

Quite a fruitful Sunday i would say... :)

Now im looking forward to my next weekend coz i will be going to see my idol (Jacky Chueng's World Tour Concert) and let me remind all of u... i'll be sitting 10 rows from the stage!!! YeaH!! And it's also Clarence's 1 year old birthday...and we are holding it at the bungalow!!!

Before i went on my lunch delivery today, i was put on a mission to visit NTUC to get CoD Steak for Clarence's porridge... i decided to carry him along to the Supermarket... ~i was like a young & hot MaMa...haha~

i brought him to the playground and here are the shots...

(To Kel & Jen, your son recognises me & feels safe with me too... though i sense he felt lost and a little worried without either of your presence, he trusted me & held on to me tightly throughout our journey... Chill Outs & My Failed Mission

It's just another Fri, 06.07.07 but it was different to me...

Y? It's because TaT has arranged to go out with me... YeaH...Just Me & HiM!!

Has been a long time since we 2 went on a DaTe!!

We went to The Lounge @ Hotel Inter-Continental after i accompanied him to school for his project consultation. Met his teacher too!! Funny GuY...

We ordered a Bugis Fling & a Passion Punch...and we sat down on the sofa seats to enjoy the live music... ~soothing~

Since we both are so popular with the gang, they surely missed us for the usual friday outings... thus we called them up later in the night to join us... LiLy & Peggy joined us at abt 11+ and we went for supper...

*Btw, we realised Peggy's name has a unique pronounciation... we shall call her P-eggy from now!! ~Better than Peg-gy~ heehee...

My SPECIAL Mission

My plan today, 07.07.07 (A Day where so many couples are getting married) is to prepare a sumptuous meal for TaT & my family... But the results were quite disappointing... Think i need to cook more often to improve...

My dishes today were: Fried Dou Miao, Chicken with Gordon Blue & Fried Eggs

This is TaT's lunch Box!!

The results today:

• Fried Dou Miao ~taste is ok but a little over-cooked
• Chicken with Gordon Blue ~not salty or rather tasty enough though the alcohol effect was good
• Fried Eggs ~not salty enough (think i should have fried with some toppings..)

Haiz...Quite sad as TaT was not satisfied at all ~though he finished but i know he didnt find it nice!! [omg, unable to lock his stomach...will he visit his other wives for home-cooked food then...??] :(

BUT i did tell him i will continue to try so he ought to leave his stomach to try my food till he finally gets the food he wants... u got to be patient with me ok??

I WILL SUCCEED!!! ~but for now, im still quite sad!!!~sob sob sob :(

Family Day

Sunday is our usual Family Day... Today we went to ThaiExpress for dinner. Nothing special abt the place but i was happy.

Happy for reasons of course:

1. I could meet TaT for dinner since we both went to work and will be in town area
2. I could see my little Clarence *havent seen him for 2 weeks...i bet he missed me...haha*
3. I knew my brother missed me & they surely loved me...wahaha

Do we look like a family?? *Dont know why clarence keep staring at TaT??*

By the way, i started a mini competition with TaT.... We are going to compete to save $$$...haha

I bought 2 piggy banks...1 pig for TaT and 1 bear for myself (Pig is to remind TaT of me)

We are going to start saving one-dollar gold coins... hmmm, the loser has to ...~i havent thought of a good punishment~ but im confident of winning*

FYI: i have filled mine till its feet...GOOD LUCK TaT!!!

The piggy one is still in office so cant take its pic... Maybe will only show when its FULL... (depends on TaT)...
